Orientation/Intake Fees

Attention: Intake/Orientation will vary by program and location. If you have not already completed your intake forms, please use the link (Intake Forms) below to get started.

Fees must be paid prior to you attending orientation. Fees are non-refundable, therefore, it is important that you only make your payment when you are ready to begin the program.

Intake/Orientation Instructions:

You are required to complete your intake forms and make your intake payment before attending orientation. After you have completed the first two tasks, you can schedule your online orientation (click the link below) or you may call or text your name, email address, and phone number to (833) 417-0110 to schedule orientation.

Anger Management (AM): $75 (Minimum) Intake Fee (NO REFUNDS)

Critical Self-Reflection: $60 Intake Fee (NO REFUNDS)

Individual Counseling Sessions: $50 Intake Fee (NO REFUNDS)
